Testimonials

‘Charlie has the most amazing eye for colour and design. Her paint effects have transformed boring pieces of furniture and made our home look wonderfully lived in. She will search for all sorts of interesting bits and bobs that you didn’t even know existed in order to create the overall look you want. She seems to know what you need as soon as she meets you; she has an instinct about people which is very rare. Her shop is just the tip of the Charlie iceberg of talent. And she is probably the loveliest, (slightly eccentric) and helpful person we have had the pleasure to work with whilst refurbishing our Cotswold farmhouse.’

‘Charlie has done an amazing job of transforming my house. My drab 1970s kitchen looks as if it has just come back from a great holiday in Provence! She certainly knows her stuff & I implicitly trust her judgement on interior decor. If only more people shared her work ethic & attention to detail’
With very many thanks

‘What an absolute pleasure it is to lose yourself in the magic of Charlie’s shop and to take advantage of her wonderful creative skills. Charlie will pick up on your ideas to help you build a fantasy and then create for you – anything from a table arrangement, to a piece of furniture, or a full interior decoration service.
Whatever she does will be sure to exceed your expectations! All this with a smile, a bit of fun and excellent level of service, including delivery to the French Alps!’

‘Inviting Charlie and her ideas into our home has been a very positive and unique experience. One of Charlie’s great strengths is her totally instinctive ability to understand each client’s individual style just by walking into their home. From Charlie’s first visit her ideas flowed, shaping our initial thoughts into practical design solutions which briliantly reflected our property’s existing period style whilst also incorporating perfectly our own slightly contemporary style. Working with Charlie and her team has been a great experience enabling us to take all the credit for her hard work when our friends come around to visit’
